The Rock Singer Society refers The Rock Singer Society as offered by Tony Harnell Music and/or “The Fundamentals of Rock Singing & Introduction To The Scream” (the course).

To get the full experience and gain the most from our program, you agree:
The Rock Singer Society is committed to providing all participants with an outstanding experience. Thus, The Rock Singer Society may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend or terminate your participation in Your Course, live, recorded, social media-based or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:
- You become difficult to work with or act disruptive;
- You fail to follow the program guidelines; or,
- You impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program.
Privacy and Confidentiality
The Rock Singer Society respects your privacy and expect you to respect ours and those in the program with you.
The Rock Singer Society respects your confidential and proprietary information and must insist you do the same to your fellow program participants and us here at The Rock Singer Society.
You agree:
- Not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights;
- Any confidential information that’s disclosed within the program is confidential and belongs solely to the participant who disclosed it;
- Not to disclose that information unless discussing it with the participant during program sessions;
- All materials and company information is confidential and proprietary intellectual property and may only be used by you as authorized by the company;
- The reproduction, distribution and sale of The Rock Singer Society training materials is strictly and wholly prohibited;
- That if you violate any part of these agreements with us, The Rock Singer Society will be entitled to injunctive relief.
Further, you understand that you are free to discuss your individual results from this program and all trainings, but you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.

The Rock Singer’s Vocal program is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be as specific counsel tailored to any business or industry.
All teaching materials including, but not limited to, manuals, procedures, policies, and anything else made available by The Rock Singer Society are for individual use only.
None of the material provided by The Rock Singer Society can be sold, tape recorded, videotaped, screencast, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the expressed written consent of The Rock Singer Society, or its designated agent.
The information contained in this program is strictly for education purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.
The Rock Singer Society assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear in the The Rock Singer Society program materials.
You understand that The Rock Singer Society owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording or testimonial, including any copyright and/or trademark relating to such use.
Right to Use Name and Likeness:
You hereby consent to allow the use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium, including but not limited to television, radio, print media and the Internet, among others, for any purpose, including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research. Your consent is granted to The Rock Singer Society and extend to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundary.
You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any of such materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication, and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by The Rock Singer Society for any product and/or service in connection with such use and publication. You also waive any right to inspect, review or approve any photograph, recording, or other written material at any time, and waive the right to approve the use and medium of publication determined by The Rock Singer Society.
The Rock Singer Society is not held responsible for careless, reckless or inaccurate usage of the voice that may be damaging. If used correctly, this will aid the voice.
Terms of Sale:
You hereby ratify your understanding that all program sales are non-refundable and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor and/or PayPal.
You agree to pay the full purchase price to access to The Fundamentals of Rock Singing + Introduction to the Scream.
You understand that while the program is six-weeks long, The Rock Singer Society will work with you to obtain your singing goals, and to get you to expand your range, and develop strong foundational singing techniques.
You agree to write an honest review of the program on TrustPilot.com, the 3rd party review platform, upon request. This enables us to improve and better serve our clients.
